The purchase of this product voluntarily thereby releases Drossel Gardens Candle Co., and any subsidiaries or beneficiaries thereof, including but not limited to its owners, directors, employees, contractors, successors, assigns, representatives, or agents, whether individuals or entities, from any responsibility or liability for damages, including but not limited to injury, disability, death, or property damage. You acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of the operator.
